I'm Ellen-Marie and I am passionate about helping others achieve a healthier, happier, balanced life with fitness, movement, mindfulness and a holistic approach to wellness. Individual needs are considered for a joyful experience!
I hold certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with over 10 years of experience teaching health, wellness and fitness in corporate and private settings. I have Master's degrees in both Exercise Science and Psychology and I am continuously learning through continuing education and most of all, through helping others and my personal yoga journey.

Therapeutic movement, including Yoga and gentle stretching programs, progressive muscle relaxation, breath work, meditation and more. Custom fitness and wellness programs are available for women looking to enhance health: stronger bones, increased lean muscle, improved cardiorespiratory health, balance, posture, stress management and more.
My belief is that almost everyone can participate and benefit from a custom movement program.
