45 minute sessions to learn TCE using Dr. Lam's Stepwise Method. Start with the Tai Chi for Health warm-up exercises and learn the TCE forms broken down into 3 easy steps. Play. Cool down. Lessons build on one another, so it is best when taken in a series of 4 to 6 sessions in order to learn the entire program. Individual lessons or small groups.

Deep breathing and guided session of progressively tensing and relaxing the muscles by group, the goal is to create awareness of tension and then to learn to completely relax the body to let the tension flow out of your body. 30 minutes total.
