Start with your hands at your side.
Inhale and move your arms slowly upward, palms facing upward.
As you exhale, turn your palms and gently press your hands down.
Repeat 3 times. Perform when feeling stressed or make it part of a regular practice once a day.
8oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Whole Milk Vanilla Greek Yogurt
One Frozen Banana
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 or 3 Strawberries (frozen or fresh) plus one for garnish
1 tsp Honey
Ahead of time - peel, halve and freeze a banana. You may also wash and freeze the berries.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or vitamixer/ninja/etc and blend.
*Double the ingredients for 2 smoothies.
Pour into nice glassware and add a strawberry for garnish as pictured or just drink out of your favorite cup!
